Wine Tasting Bristol | Port, Cheese & Chocolate
Join us for a relaxed and indulgent tutored wine tasting of delicious fine Port, Chocolate, and Artisan Cheese.
We'll introduce you to the key styles in a deliciously fun, hands-on way and deliver essential tips on how to taste port like the professionals, how to assess quality, when to drink each style and what to eat with them.
From wonderfully fresh dry white Port to the more traditional styles of Tawny, Reserve, LBV and beautifully mature vintage - you'll taste a spectrum of styles each paired with a delicious artisan cheese or chocolate.
We'll take a look at the home of Port - the breathtaking Douro valley in Portugal, and learn a little of the fascinating history behind one of the world' most famous fortified wines as we go in a fun and hands-on way.
This wine tasting will prove that although many people in the UK only view it as a Christmas tipple to accompany a wedge of Stilton, Port in its fabulous variety of styles is truly delicious, diverse and perennial - especially when paired with the right food!
"Port, cheese and chocolate. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Excellent and affordable recommendations as to what to buy. Will definitely be back. Buy an experience for friends or family but make sure they take you!" Sue Yilmaz
